We have chosen Marie Curie Cancer Care as our benefiting charity for the Three Peaks Challenge. All of the money we raise will go towards providing expert home nursing and research throughout Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and East Staffordshire. Marie Curie Cancer Care is one of the UK’s largest charities and was established in 1948 adopting the name in honour of the contribution that the famous scientist Marie Curie made to the development of radiotherapy treatment through her discovery of radium.
Through choosing to support them, we hope to help them achieve their aims of providing care for today and hope for tomorrow.
